Therapeutic Massage- Release tension and restore vitality anywhere from 30 minutes to 180 minutes! Hot stones and aromatherapy are included in every massage!
Facial Gua Sha- Nourishing 30-minute facial and scalp massage woven in with facial gua sha to encourage circulation, soften facial tension and promote deep relaxation.
Vacuum Cupping- Focused 30-minute vacuum cupping session, typically targeting the back, neck, shoulders or hips.
Reflexology- Restorative 30-minute foot massage honoring the body’s reflex points through intentional touch.
Restorative Yomassage- A 90-minute gentle restorative yoga class for two people infused with therapeutic massage and reiki healing. A two hour and 30 minute booking is required to allow time for setup and breakdown.
Frequency Attunement- A gentle holistic wellness experience that uses subtle microcurrent frequencies to support relaxation, nervous system balance, and the body's natural ability to restore harmony. The microcurrent is delivered with warm wet towels and operates at a gentle sub-sensory level. Please note that Frequency Specific Microcurrent can be beautifully woven into all table-based Temple Treatments, adding another layer to your experience. Because FSM requires specific preparation of the Temple space with the warm towels, please be clear if you’d like to incorporate it into your temple treatment upon booking!
Reiki Healing- A 30 to 60 minute energetic healing treatment to create space for balance, stillness and deep relaxation. (In-person and virtual options available)
Reiki-Infused Ear Seeds- A 10-minute grounding ritual to gently support balance, relaxation and nervous-system regulation through specific acupressure points on the ears.
Astrology Readings- Provide your birth information in advance to explore your celestial blueprint for greater self-understanding and cosmic clarity. (In-person and virtual options available)
Tarot Readings- Receive intuitive reflection and divine guidance from the wisdom of the cards in a 30 or 60 minute reading. (In-person and virtual options available)
